TRIBE TEAM MEMBERS
Part-Time: 5-15 hrs
TRIBE Team Members LOVE soccer and LOVE people. We work hard to make people feel welcomed every time they walk into the building. We offer friendly customer support and help connect soccer-loving people from all walks of life.
We operate a world-class facility. Our staff work hard to make sure the fields and facilities are in top notch condition. We promise our community a clean space to train, play, and compete.
Primary Duties
- Welcome members with a smile and help them get playing
- Organize the schedule, game cards, and roster info
- Check-in and help with field reservations
- Clean, clean, clean
- Operate the point of sale system
- Help members with the TRIBE Shop and "Hat Trick Cafe" concessions

TRIBE PROGRAM MANAGER
Part-Time: 25-30 hrs
The primary goal of our Program Manager is to operate and grow TRIBE Leagues, Training, Camps, and other community programs. The Program Manager will promote TRIBE in the community and oversee daily operations at the facility.
Primary Duties
- Promote Leagues and Training Programs
- Oversee league registration, schedules, and communication
- Manage games and referees
- Customer Experience
Schedule can vary and provides flexibility. Priority is to cover leagues and other programs - mostly late afternoons and evenings. Promotional, administrative work can be done when available.
TRIBE Maintenance MANAGER
Part-Time: 15-25 hrs
The primary goal of our Facility Manager is to ensure the building and fields are functioning with excellence so our members feel at home.
We operate a world-class facility. Our staff work hard to make sure the fields and facilities are in top notch condition. We promise our community a clean space to train, play, and compete.
Primary Duties
Oversee facility organization
- Implement systems to guide how our staff manages tangible products, supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Oversee facility setup for all programs and events
- Create systems to guide setup, operations, and clean up for all events.
- Prepare facility and inventory for weekly events as well as periodic large events like tournaments and soccer watch-parties
Oversee facility maintenance
- Turf and field maintenance, power-brooming and sanitizing
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Minor repairs of fields and building
- Implement system for tracking daily, weekly, monthly maintenance tasks
- Implement system for logging inspections and documenting necessary work
- Contract and schedule major maintenance or improvements
Customer Experience
- Always on the lookout for opportunities to welcome, serve, and care for TRIBE customers
- Greeting new customers and members, helping with directions/building tours, answering basic questions
- Trained to help with basic registration questions as well as all facility transactions (i.e. selling memberships, concession and store P.O.S., field reservations, and party rentals).
TRIBE Referee
Part-Time
We love our referees! No refs = No game
Put those soccer skills to use and make some extra cash. Contact us if you're interested in becoming a TRIBE Referee. We are currently looking for referees comfortable with older youth and adult games. Pay ranges from $15-20 per game, based on experience and division. Games are 40-50 minutes.
Games available most days of the week, with the biggest need on Saturdays and Sundays. Adult leagues are currently Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings.
